The Guy Mendilow Ensemble traces the journey taken by songs, starting in ancient Spain and winding through Sarajevo, Salonica, and Jerusalem.

Led by Guy Mendilow, himself a citizen of the world, the ensemble breathes new life into traditional melodies, re-interpreting and re-imagining them for a modern audience.

The ensemble performs Saturday night in Nashua, NH and Sunday in Lexington as part of the Boston Jewish Music Festival and they join us now in studio.

Guy Mendilow, Musical Director; Vocals, Guitar, Berimbau
Andy Bergman, Woodwinds, Jaw Harps
Tareq Rantisi, Percussion
Keita Ogawa, Percussion

The Guy Mendilow Ensemble will perform on March 9th at Temple Beth Abraham in Nashua, NH and on March 10th at Temple Emunah in Lexington, MA as part of the Boston Jewish Music Festival
