State Wants To Spend $1 Billion For Transportation Needs
Gov. Deval Patrick and Transportation Secretary Richard Davey have outlined a plan to overhaul the state’s ailing transportation system. And it’s expensive. It includes an additional $1 billion to expand rail, fix highways, and replace ageing subways.
