Obama Delivers Commencement Address At Worcester Tech

President Obama was in Massachusetts Wednesday to deliver the commencement address at Worcester Technical High School, which was one of the lowest performing schools in the state when it was nearly shut down 16 years ago. However, it’s since made a significant turnaround and was named a “Blue Ribbon School” in 2013.
