Give A Little, Win A Little: How Exercise Adds Years To Your Life

Let’s be honest: For many people, after a long day at work or maybe at home taking care of the kids (which is real work) mustering the time, energy and motivation to exercise can be a real challenge.

Even though we know that exercising is good for us and makes us feel better, it’s tough. But what if if you knew it could also lengthen your life?  What if you knew that for every hour you exercised, you’d earn seven minutes of extra life in return? That’s the subject of a new study from the National Institutes of Health. We take a closer look.
