Coping With ADHD In Adulthood
When you think about attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, an image of a young boy bouncing off walls and struggling to pay attention probably springs to mind.
But in fact, more adults are now being diagnosed with ADHD – about 4 percent of the population – which often causes distractibility, impulsivity, forgetfulness and disorganization.
