I have yet to find an article that states Mayor Menino has type 1 diabetes and I find it improbable that a 70-year man went his whole life without being diagnosed with type 1. It is further unlikely he has type 1 when the Mayor appears to have many of the ailments associated with type 2 diabetes. So, he doesn’t know what he is suffering from?

Rick Mc: Megalomania, it is contagious, as is arrogance, illusions of grandeur, pomposity, and narcissism. This personification of a hot air balloon has spent too much time reading his own PR stories in the papers, and has begun to believe his own propaganda. Mussolini also thought things were going well, right up until he heard that fateful knock on the door. We get the government we deserve, and evidently we
deserve this; have you had enough?
