Senate President Therese Murray Outlines Ambitious Legislative Agenda

Senate President Therese Murray outlined her ambitious legislative agenda Wednesday in front of a full session of the state Senate after being easily reelected to her leadership role.

Murray, a Plymouth Democrat, has been a member of the Massachusetts Senate for over two decades and president since 2007. She joined Radio Boston to talk about what she hopes to accomplish, including reforming the state’s welfare system and fixing the ailing MBTA.
