Mistrial Declared For Former Mass. Treasurer Cahill
After seven days of deliberation, the jury in the public corruption trial of former state treasurer Timothy Cahill came back deadlocked. Judge Christine Roach declared a mistrial Wednesday afternoon.
Cahill was accused of using state money to support his gubernatorial campaign.
