Two days ago, WikiLeaks was a fairly obscure website. Now, having released more than 90,000 classified military documents, it’s the go-to source for a secret history of the war in Afghanistan. We speak to a Harvard professor about efforts — from foreign policy to local government — to push the envelope of transparency.

Guest:

  • Archon Fung, professor at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and the co-author of “Full Disclosure: The Perils and Promise of Transparency.”

Hosts Meghna Chakrabarti and Anthony Brooks introduce us to newsmakers, big thinkers and artists and bring us stories of relevance to Bostonians here and around the region. Live every weekday at 3.
